All Aboard

A slow, fascinating and timeless journey aboard the legendary Arlecchino train, departing from the vibrant heart of Milan and travelling to the refined elegance of Novara. Here, among majestic domes, mysterious “sweating” columns and squares rich in symbolism, we are enchanted by a city that preserves surprising stories and the memory of great events.

In Borgosesia, we celebrate the authentic flavours of the land, shaped by passion, memory and hospitality. Finally, we reach Varallo, where the Sacro Monte, with its 44 chapels and basilica, offers us a unique immersion into the spirituality, art and ingenuity of an extraordinary community. Here we also discover the ancient tradition of the scapin, a rustic shoe handmade from scraps of fabric and hemp, a symbol of the industriousness and creativity of Valsesia.

Among historic railways, unexpected stories and hidden wonders, we discover a deeply authentic and generous Piedmont, where every stop is an emotion.

Guiding us, together with Stefania Capobianco, is the railway passion of Luigi Cantamessa, for another unforgettable stop in the great story of the most authentic Italy.
